出:
easy run 40 mins (5:30 /1kpace/5:45-50>5:10s)
+ strides
+ 90 mins of walking
+ strength training (pull-ups, dips, lunges)
btw, 如果係之前就飯大概加多一兩碗
加一排三角朱古力(係,我真係可以一野對哂), 薯片
煉奶(生啪), 另加其他零食
諗返咁都"只係"160幾磅"都算係奇蹟
但要跑返起, 唔可以再咁, 亦學可樂兄所講, 冇野好緊張, "just put in the work" 就得, 天道酬勤呀嘛!
