幾十年前一直都係delete address而唔係直接erase內容㗎啦
一般ssd trim就恢復唔到
update完出番4年前相 都幾大
即係delete左既野唔係真係delete到

唔大鑊，因為如果del資料就幫SSD寫0的話，咁SSD嘅RW壽命好快玩完，一般都係del address就當del咗，無新資料就唔會cover
有咩方法可以保證到自己啲舊資料唔能夠被恢復？
係咪download AV打爆隻HDD/SSD就得？
到畀人有心恢復時就只能得到一隻裝滿AV嘅HDD
