係咪屋企人有BC就可以BNO變BC？
要睇你屋企人係第一代定第二BC，如果第一代BC，英國佬會比張可以申請BC既certificate 你全家，如果第二代BC，d仔女要係英國出世先有
我家姐話佢早幾年去working holiday，佢老細幫佢由BNO轉左做BC。咁我想問下如果我問到我家姐攞到張certificate，咁就算完全冇去過英國，連英國都唔知係乜，都可以由BNO升做BC？

佢有一項係relative who’ll provide long-term care for you，即係用家庭visa係UK住6個月就夠資格申請BC？
You must prove all of the following:
you need long-term care to do everyday personal and household tasks because of illness, disability or your age
the care you need is not available or affordable in the country you live in
the person you’ll be joining in the UK will be able to support, accommodate and care for you without claiming public funds for at least 5 years
you’re 18 or over
呢個資格係講緊無法自理，要人長期照顧嘅人，可以申請去英國，由喺英國嘅家人照顧。一般有手有腳嘅人應該申請唔到
