A man working at a child welfare center has been arrested for allegedly committing acts of molestation against the same high school girl over a period of approximately one year.
According to the Metropolitan Police Department, Koudai Mihashi (35), an employee of a child welfare center in Funabashi City, Chiba Prefecture, is suspected of putting his hand inside the high school girl's uniform and touching her breasts on a JR Sobu Line train in Tokyo last month. It is believed that
Mihashi waited for the girl at a station she used to commute to school, boarded the same train car, and committed the crime when it became crowded. He
has admitted to the charges during questioning, stating that he did it "to satisfy his sexual desires" and that he has done it "about 80 times so far."
The Metropolitan Police Department is investigating whether Mihashi had been targeting this high school girl and repeatedly committing acts of molestation against her since October of last year.
